You carry our kids on your hips, you sit on tiny little chairs to paint with them, you crawl on the floor picking up toys, you’re all amazing!
BUT, all that forward bending and hip balancing movements don’t support good posture!
So here’s a quick (but wonderful) posture reset for you to do as many times a day as you can. It focuses on reversing the movements you are regularly doing to leave you feeling strong, stable and upright as you head home each evening.
